Middle mouse button doesn´t work

Hello, my mmm button isn´t working and this is preventing me from using the protractor on the map, does anybody know a way to rebind it to something else or maybe a software that i could use to hotkey it to a button on my keyboard? Thank you.

I had this happen and noticed it in game master when I wasn't able to rotate like usual. It randomly decided to work again, couldn't reproduce the issue to realize the fix though.
