What is the difference between Arma Reforger and Arma Reforger Experimental?

Currently, I'm not able to realize which is most realist : Arma 3 or Arma Reforger ???
I just tried a simple mission in Arma 3 and 1 of enemies has passed over a door without open it lol. So my question : is there the same bugs in Arma Reforger ?
