Remasters use to be a good deal, now publishers just try to exploit people.
It is exactly the same there is no difference graphically. Only difference if you consider it a big deal is achievements other then that it's a simple port and yeah it is quick like the 1st one
On the plus side, if it's a DX11 game, you might be able to inject RTGI. Not sure how well that would play with the baked environment shadows, but it might look a bit better.
