Ranking of the most valuable supplies
I found out a way to live at level 0. It's hard to die, so I got endless items.
But the latter level has more terrible entities and harsh living conditions. When going to the next level, we can only count on carrying up to 15 items, so let's study what is the most valuable supplies!

Before that, first look at the congenital conditions:
1. Corpse: it will refresh repeatedly. 15% sanity can be replaced by 50% hunger recovery. Encountering a corpse will also reduce a certain amount of rationality, which is regarded as a reduction of 20% sanity.
2. Water leakage: it will not refresh repeatedly, and thirst will recover by 20%. There is no water leakage in a few levels.
3. Except for caffeine pills, two kinds of tins, and medical kits, all supplies have a reply of more than 1% sanity.
4. Thirst decreases 1.5 times faster than hunger!

7. [three kinds of fruits] are too common, so they should not be left in the bag unless the bag is empty.

6. [cola drink] the numerical model is the same as that of fruits, but natural water resources may not exist, so it is preferred over fruits.

Thirst and hunger are distinguished by corpses and leaks.
Endurance is also surprisingly useful.
Five supplies make this game more interesting.
I hope to add more powerful supplies in the future, such as super almond water! Or stimulants that make players run faster in a short time, and so on.
At present, the strongest item is almond water, which can have multiple functions. However, the backpack has only 15 positions, and 15 bottles of almond water are not enough for endless levels.

Long range weapons are not as useful as I thought. I fired three bullets and missed two bullets. Moreover, long-range weapons need enough routes to escape in order to kill entities safely. Since there are enough routes to escape, why waste time killing entities? Items dropped by entities may be useless.
Of course, if there are many bullets, but they only occupy two positions, it should save a lot of health.
Maybe the probability of getting a lead bomb is really too low.
