Hakurei just posted Waifu Diffusion 1.3; the results aren't as good as Novel AI's full anime module, but it's pretty close.

I missed this comment earlier; have you seen the default wombo option using the "comic" setting? It seems pretty great to me with the only downside being it depends on wombo staying open/free
It's not obfuscated at all, in dev tools you should see a network request being done to `generate-image`, which is a simple POST request with all the data. In response NAI gives you text with `data:base64encodedimage` as the last line.
You're right; thanks very much. I figured out for some reason the response disappears from the network debugger after it's done, but as long as I stay clicked on it, I can see the response. And the data is indeed just a base64 encoded image.
