The game runs great on the Deck with FSR3 and frame gen, tho.
A better CPU is the fix.
Okay, thank you!
What resolution are you running at? What OS are you using?
From the multiple videos I have just watched. The Steam Deck is not crackling for this game. Maybe you have defective or blown out speakers? Or your settings are off.

It's playable at 30 fps but...eeeh. solves the audio issues anyway
Are you not using FSR? Did you not see the video I posted? They getting over 70 FPS in some scenes and almost 60 outside. No audio crackling.
Having to settle for 30 when the game can do so much more just seems like a terrible compromise.
I tried the settings yeah and for some reason it's not working on mine.
They're using the OLED and I'm using OLED but, nope. Mines just not having it for some reason :(
I'll try a few more things tonight and see what happens
Are you on Steam OS?
Yeah. I've not tweaked the OLED in any way. Just out of the box

Other suggestions from Steam:
Changing the ingame Audio setting ''Latency'' to Medium instead of auto seems to have solved it for me
in the Audio options under "Compatibility", I had to put "Output Mode" to "Traditional" to fix it.
thanks for your input. Proton 8.0-5 did it for me as well. sound is perfect now :) cheers!
