Any Optimized Settings?

Im Running a 3080 10gb and Ryzen 9 5950x with 32 gbs of DDR4 3600 mhz RAM and the game is still dropping into the 40 fps range and barely holds 60 fps most of the time. I've tried adjusting the settings but it does absolutely nothing to improve performance. Do you guys think we will ever get improved performance via a patch?

Game runs perfect on me laptop,high settings 60fps,rtx 3060 6GB,i5-11400H,before i play on 16GB ram,and it's not playable,i upgrade to 32GB and runs smooth,and hold 60fps,no problem,no crash.CPU used max 15% GPU sometime 100% temp cpu and gpu hold max 80c

On mine PC it's somehow playable, I'm not complaining, I'm happy that The Last of Us Part I on this PC Specs running and must I say it, I play on Specs PC :

Intel Core i5-4460 3,20 GHz.

Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 MHz (4x4GB) 16 GB RAM.

GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB GDDR6.

System Disk SSD : Crucial BX500 960 GB.

OS : Windows 10 Home.

Hybrid Disk SSHD : Seagate FIreCuda 2TB.

Gaming Screen : ASUS TUF Gaming VG279QL1A 27"

i have like 70-80 fps on ultra with 5700x and 6800xt with 32 gb of ram even though my cpu is heavily bottlenecking my gpu

I got the same specs like you.

There are no optimized settings for totally unoptimized games like TLOU.
I will wait a few months. If it's still an unplayable mess like it is atm, i will just play this game in a few years if i got a completely new rig.

how???? i have the same specs (but with 16gb ram) and my CPU is always at 80%

just play all on high and non on ultra or below. works for me, though my system is better than yours. :S

I highly doubt that, with your specs, you're probably playing 40ish.
