Install and Uninstall

For those of you couragous enough to delete and reinstall the game, does your game maintain its save if you do so? My patch is stuck :(

You can always backup your saves to a different folder and restore them whenever you want..

it doesnt automatically keep them? some games do

%USERPROFILE% \Saved Games\The Last of Us Part I\users\ <user-id> \savedata\

I believe this is where your saves are. Just to be sure I would back this up and go for it.
Some, or most games leave the config and saves behind after they are uninstalled.

saves are stored under %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\The Last of Us Part I\users\<user-id>\savedata

not the game path so uninstalling has no bearing on it

they're also on cloud unless you manually switched it off

So this means that if I uninstall the game on steam I keep my save data and progress?
