10600K w/32GB and 3070Ti running Win 10. Latest Nvidia drivers.
Yea, OP, you're building shaders.
Go back to main menu and just chill out, let the game do it's thing and compile shaders.
You'll want to do that anyways or you may have worse problems than just hair.
can't see that option in game settings.....
Delete the "psolib" folder in your game directory.
