Game crashes at ''Alone and Forsaken'' checkpoint. Any help?

As soon as the car crash cutscene ends, the game blackscreened and crashed on me.

When I try to relaunch the game, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the green dots on.

I have scavenged through forums to try and find a fix and I keep seeing the solution to replace the shader file. It did not work... Any ideas?

I suggest u turn off whatever upscaling n just play in native. It should work.

This game crashed on me during the beginning too. I turned off far n just keep to native. So far so good. (Touch wood)

I have. :( Still no fix. I wonder if my save file is corrupt? I just can't be bothered replaying the game up to that point right now...

Thanks for the suggestion, but still nothing. I think my save file might be corrupt. I can load up earlier missions, just not Alone and Forsaken.

did you end up finding a fix for it?? i got the same exact problem bro it plays the car crash cutscene and then just black screen. the moment i press continue it crashes like not even a millisecond of loading.

nah man, sorry. I gave up after a week or so of trying fixes I have read online. :/
