How can Ellie beat two stalkers in Left Behind - Grounded?

Maybe spoiler question: Flooded truck park. Zero ammo. One brick. Took me ages to kill one stalker by lobbing brick then stabbing only to get a second stalker kill me almost immediately! In one try I did get one bullet off first stalker but no chance to aim gun. Is that the only way?

Did you get the electricity on? I feel like I remember that you can do that before having to engage. It will help.

I just kept running around picking up bricks and throwing them at the infected. You dont have to aim it at them once you get close enough. Just run towards them and hit them with a brick or bottle and kill them. There's also bullets you can use for when you get rushed by two at a time. Stun one and shoot the other.
