Just look at dlc tab for an item:
The Last of Us™ Part I - Pre-purchase Entitlements

All you got for pre order was supplements or something that you could already obtain playing the game. It was just early unlocks. Just like the deluxe edition content.

Besides, pre order is obviously not available anymore on steam. So it doesnt matter.
