I cant install the update?

The update is also 76Gb, and takes the same amount of time as it took for the game to install :/. It worked when I brought the game, but after it had to install an update it stopped working and I just got this error.

Did you uninstall the entire game from your Steam library and deleted all left game data which were belonging to The Last of Us on your hard drive under Steam ? Furthermore you should backup your "savegame" folder (only savegames) on drive c:\ as well as deactivate the steam cloud for this game. Afterwards start a new installation.
