I also wanted to add that I tried resetting all graphical settings to default.
Did you verify the game files after installing the patch? What error does the game throw? (open Event Viewer and copy and paste the error identification and description here)
faster compiling time does not mean game is running stable, if had multiple gpu driver crashes since first patch but it has only gotten worse as for compiling it went from 1 hour 5 minutes down to 22 minutes and now its about 10 minutes.
I verified the game files and one thing to notice is that building shaders was substantially faster this time. It only took about 5 minutes as opposed to 45-60 last time. However, the game still crashes after 3 seconds of the level being loaded.
This is the event viewer log:
Honestly the first thing i would look at if it crashes fast is memory, you could easily disable xmp and test if it still crash within 5 minutes and quickly find out if its ram related for example.
