Depth of Field still on (even when turned off)...and super blurry graphics when zooming/aiming.

If you zoom in with a weapon the blur is horrendous. And depth of field is still on in the distance even if you turn it off in settings.

The game only looks moderately crisp when you don't move your mouse. But that's likely more a TAA thing...although I used DLAA via DLSSTweaks and it still seems to have that issue...
