Tips to optimize the game
Using resizable bar and set the above 4g mmio setting, you will have to try that one yourself because every system is different, I set mine to 4tb.(requires editing the bios settings, find the above 4g mmio setting)

Disable write cache on your SSD(the one your game is installed to, since all gamers should have more than one SSD int their system, one for virtual memory swap, one for OS and one for games)

Make a dedicated virtual memory swap space on another fast drive or partition thats not on your OS drive, set it's size manually to double the size of your system ram, instructions here:
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-virtual-memory-size-windows-10

the reason for setting a manual virtual memory swap space is in case you run out of system ram it will use that and it will also use it to preload textures so they stream into ram more smoothly.

Also if it's still stuttering and such, try locking the FPS to 60 and use vsync/gsync

go to the games .exe file and right click it and click properties and click change settings for all users and then click on "disable full screen optimizations".

In windows go to settings->system->display->Graphics and look for the game there and change it to high performance, if it's not there manually add it.

Set windows to performance mode, go to system->about->advanced system settings-> click on the advanced tab if it's not already there under performance, click settings, click custom, uncheck everything except "smooth edges of screen fonts"

I also use process lasso to control app affinities and priorities, it works better than the one in windows.

I suspect most of you will be lazy or just whine because you spent money and shouldn't have to do anything like this, but PC gamers should already be doing these things, been gaming for 20+ years and been always doing the same things and no issues or very little issues with game performance.

Also common sense things like using windows disk clean up and run it as admin and check all the boxes to clean your system out every month at least.

and using SFC scan to check for corrupt system files(happens more often than you think, especially if you haven't re-installed the OS in a while)

keeping OS and drivers up to date

Also, people should technically Re-install windows every 6 months to get rid of weird glitches that happen over time from repeated windows updates and other things.

Cleaning the dust out of your PC

Resizeable Bar doesn't work on GPU's earlier than the RTX 30 series, So ignore that setting if you run a 20XX series or below.

I guess you are just trying to help, but this is just wrong and can have actually negative effects, if someone do listen to the advice posted.

On a Ryzen CPU depending on the model, it should either have a dedicated option, or should be set to Balanced on 5000 series and up. Never use High performance mode on a Ryzen, the chip just won't work correctly.

And you should never use it on Intel, it just locks your CPU to max frequency even if you are idle - this leads to high temps and unneeded waster of energy. So just ignore this advice all together. CPU can boost on their own when it is needed.

Locking the frames to 60/80/etc is enough to lower the usage of both cpu and gpu.

If you want to optimize something, here is a nice video:

All it does is remove all the bells and whistles from the GUI, so don't know what your on about there... anything that will remove any sort of load to the GPU, even if it's just 2D should improve performance. I don't think you even went there yourself to see what I was talking about..
