make sure nothing else is running that could interfere
Today I wanted to finish the storyline again with a harder difficult but had cashes every 5 minutes. This sux. :(

And yes, the latter can happen a lot. Overclocked GPUs don't play well with the game yet. You may get 1 hour of game time in, or 5 hours with the GPU OC, but at some point it's gonna crash (with a game engine crash report).
If you're not OC'd and getting a game engine crash report, then you might just have to tweak game settings and wait for a patch.
Other crashes, will need to know more info about.

@op you should be able to play the game very good
-try High settings
-Cap framerate at 60
-make sure you let the shaders build before starting the game
-do not use and dlss/fsr/upscaling at all

What GPU drivers version do you have installed?
Try to disable any overlays you are using (including xbox game bar) and try restarting the PC before launching it again.
