By being extra careful you can silently take out the stalkers one by one and avoid the bloater being triggered. You then are supposed to turn on the generator which results in hell breaking loose. BUT: if you start running towards the door with the key card IMMEDIATELY you can reach the exit before the hoard of whatever it is reaches you.
After that you get to chill a little. IIRC almost no zombies until you reach the sewers. The end part of the sewers is where I am procrastinating again. I hope it helps!
Actually, the bloaters are quite easy to down if you are stocked with nail bombs and molotovs as they are weak to fire.
One good thing I appreciate about this game is that it doesn't employ cheap jump scares, so you don't have to worry about that. Thankfully, the zombies in this game are not quiet and they aren't smart enough to jump out at you unexpectedly.
