Im playing this on i7-7700k, a cpu from 6 years ago.
Also gtx1060 6gb. Sure, i play on the lowest details(all texture options on medium), but i get almost always 55-60fps, but never less than 40. No stutter. And the graphics still look really nice.
Im not lucky. Just don't install any software that you don't really need. And disable any software on startup. My pc has only gpu drivers running in the background. That's it.
