There's not much you can do until they release a patch helping with this issue.
How are your temps? Which Nvidia driver version are you running?
I did check task manager though and it's telling me the game isn't using my gpu
I was looking only at RivaTuner and to me it looks right. One core (actually virtual core cause HT on) at like 90% load and the rest idling or under small load. These are the moments where I have like 70FPS and 60% load on GPU, once I look different direction I might get lower load on that one core and the FPS will go up to even 140. FPS jumping like crazy from roughly 60 to 120, never seen something like this in any game.
