Something wrong with fps?
R5 3600x
3060ti
16gb ram
Playing at 1080p high settings whilst only getting around 27-30 fps also tried switching to low and medium settings still seeing no change in frames at all even at ultra
Yes all my shaders are compiled so I'm guessing something is wrong with my system because I refuse the game is THAT bad

It's mostly due to the poor usage of VRAM, anyone with 8GB or less is have terrible AVG FPS and awful 1% lows. Even those with 3070Ti are not getting much better FPS.

There's not much you can do until they release a patch helping with this issue.

How are your temps? Which Nvidia driver version are you running?

It's hard to say. Other people with same or similar specs are having a better experience, or a worse one. I have a 3070ti, 32GB, and 3600x and I'm able to get a solid 60 fps at 1080p, BUT I have to turn off DLSS (or FSR) or else it crashes. I have everything on ultra except the textures, which I had to turn down to medium because of vram.

if it ran on one core you wouldnt have 10 fps

I have 8/16 and it's using all the cores/threads according to task manager, but for some reason RivaTuner does only show that one core is being used.

Unsure about temps but I'm on the latest drivers 531.41 which I have also tried reinstalling
I did check task manager though and it's telling me the game isn't using my gpu

I was looking only at RivaTuner and to me it looks right. One core (actually virtual core cause HT on) at like 90% load and the rest idling or under small load. These are the moments where I have like 70FPS and 60% load on GPU, once I look different direction I might get lower load on that one core and the FPS will go up to even 140. FPS jumping like crazy from roughly 60 to 120, never seen something like this in any game.
