Should be ok. You have dlss if not. I play in 1440p and I am above 100 easily

that depend on other things really and how good you are with PC problem solving. I have 9600K and 4080rtx and it runs at 4k@60 with only few unrelated issues. Not exactly from get-go tho.

You should be able to, I'm playing on high with 9900k, 32GB Ram, 3080 @ 5120 x 1440p with DLSS at balance and I'm constantly locked at 60FPS. With unlocked FPS; I get around 70-100FPS.
