How do i force dx11 in this game
title, ive seen people say that doing this help performance greatly

You can't. The game heavily relies on DX12 components, and there's no DX11 dll in the game files.

Not completely true. There are workarounds for e.g. Death Stranding, or Elden Ring, by putting fake DX12 libraries in the game folder (just search it).
This game though probably works a different way, or as was said "heavily relies on DX12 components" so the devs took care, that it can't be overriden.
