winter season - cabin resort full of crashes

Hi there,
i7-12700KF + 4090 here
I never experienced crashes so far in the game.
However, I reached the winter season and during the cabin resort chapter I had 4 crashes already, both as Ellie and as Joel. Can't seem to relate them to anything - maybe, perhaps, the latest patch?
Every time it was during shooting with Joel (ie. I aimed the head, pressed left click to shoot and it crashed) or when I was jumping to stab enemies with Ellie.

13900k and 4090 here, same thing for me. Shooting enemies in the head as either ellie or joel causes the game to freeze and crash to desktop. Haven't had a single crash at all until the cabin resort level. It's only when I shoot enemies with guns too, can use the bow or knife just fine. But the second I try to shoot someone in the head with a gun it crashes.

Still crashing for me, worked fine on spring level killing infected, but in the hospital human enemies are causing it to crash again. Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks.

same! been stuck in hospital for 2 days. can't seem to play anymore. tried lowering everything. even tried vulcan

Yeah I said ♥♥♥♥ it and just went stealthy, only using the knife and bow. Made it through and now everything is fine on new game plus. Idk super weird and it only did it on those levels.
