I dont get what you're trying to accomplish here.
sure lets let ND take all the blame. it just makes it worse for ND
My interpretation is that Iron Galaxy surely had some hand in supporting Naughty Dog develop the PC versions of these titles. It would explain the amateur pc ports since Naughty Dog are new to PC development and Iron Galaxy have always been trash at it too. Dangerous combo.
I remember seeing Nixxes name in the intro to Hitman: Absolution, which was also a great port. And their work with Spiderman Remastered has been great (especially post-launch patch support). Really wonder why Sony DIDN'T use them.
i belive you are wrong !!!
see what i did there? A tweet what says i belive it was done inhouse:( sorry but naughty dog wouldn't allow iron galaxy logo to be in the loading screen and on promtional materiel if they didn't at least help......

https://planetsmarts.com/2023/03/13/iron-galaxy-studios-are-in-charge-of-developing-the-last-of-us-part-i-for-pc/
Also explain why Iron Galaxy's logo is on the system requirements picture and shown when you first boot up the game?
Both Iron Galaxy and Naughty Dog may have co-worked on the port but it doesn't change the fact that Iron Galaxy played a big role in the port.
Just remember that they also did Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection for PC so when they said in the article you posted "Following UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection’s PC release, we focused our efforts and learnings onto the PC version of The Last of Us Part I." yea...this simply isn't true.
But go ahead and trust a AAA company that has made lies in the past since before Part 2 released because trusting a big gaming company has never backfired right?.....
Plus the second link you sent isn't even fully sure of the answer so this 'evidence' you posted is completely invalid.
doesn't matter if it's nixxes, iron galaxy, naughty dog, sony japan etc. the pc version is awful.
