Deluxe Content on Grounded

The deluxe edition comes with some early upgrade unlocks and extra supplies. I ran a little experiment because I was curious if they'd work on Grounded. It seems like I did have some extra supplements and parts, but I didn't get any of the extra weapon perks or character upgrades. I'm curious if anyone else has tried this and if the same thing happened to them.

Side note for those who are curious, when you start a new game with the deluxe content, they give you the option to use the bonus materials/upgrades or not.

Was just about to post about this. I played this game many many many times on PS4 and PS5, since the game came out. Lost track of how many times I completed it. Do NOT waste your money on the deluxe editions. They do give you a little bit of extra stuff at the start, but I also noticed the normal parts and supplement pickups you find in the early stages of the game are NOT there. Meaning they just took that stuff from the environment and gave it to you early. So you dont get anything extra buy paying for the deluxe editions, you just get the stuff a little bit earlier, which is pointless since the upgrade benches and tools you need aren't even available near the start.

And same, I didnt get any of the perks or upgrades as advertised.

I'm surprised, Druckman puts out quality games, what happened with this mess of a port, you cant tell me the developers had no idea it wasn't ready for release. Every single buyer/user sees the issues in minutes from starting up the game, there is no way the didnt know it had problems.
