Read this, with DX12 and DXGI Flip window mode is equal or better in performance to old exclusive full screen mode.
Your conceived notion that fullscreen provides better performance than DX12 borderless window is drastically outdated and at this point you are nothing but spreading misinformation. Check the article written above by a microsoft engineer and let me know what you think. Also while at it, look for any modern video comparison of Borderless window vs Fullscreen and watch how there is literally no difference other than slight margin of error numbers.
Make a backup copy first!
Drag tlou-i.exe into your hex editor of choice
Press CTRL + G and paste: 3B66CC
Replace the six sets of bytes with: 88 8f 2f 3f 00 00
Can you provide actual evidence to prove that full screen performs better than Flip, otherwise you're the only one being toxic.
