Very low cpu usage

didnt expect to play on ultra but on everything low in shadows and lighting and textures on medium its completely maxing out my vram on my rx6600 and the cpu (r5 3600) very rarely goes above 10% usage, i'm getting a quite stable 60 fps outside and around 85 inside, if theres a lot of people in the area it dips to around 55 fps, no crashes so far, is the very low cpu usage normal ?

Pull up Msi Afterburner and use their software. At first, I was using the in game cpu monitoring and I was only get 5 to 7% usage. Then I pulled up MSI Afterburner and I got 85% usage.

install the latest Afterburner + RTSS beta and you'll find your CPU is actually well above 50% usage, the readings are bugged on W11 22H2 if you don't use the latest monitoring software.

oh ye damn its saying over 80%% in task manager, i was using different software to see the cpu usage, my bad ig thank you

hmmm I use 7.3.4 Beta 11 and have 3% cpu usage and that is wrong, is there where any new version??
