Cant crouch
I'm at the beginning and they want me to crouch to get under an area and it simply will not work. I've been pressing O and tried Keyboard nothing works. Anyone else have this issue?

disable steam input in game option on steam

Having this issue in the section where you get separated from Tess and Ellie in the museum. Closing out the game seemed to fix it

Same here can't crouch in the museum

I just restarted the checkpoint and it fixed this issue.
