you mean health pickups? you just pick them up and heal on the spot automatically.

Not true, the game saves get corrupted, and when it happens you can no longer pick them up, fun fun glitch goblins, all around in this messy port.

have you played the game? thats literally how it works, you eat them and if your health is full, it doesn't let you eat anymore. thats why it says "Full" in red when your full on health.

Not true, the game often breaks, and you cannot ever pick them up even if you're wounded.

It's supposed to work like that, and only does if the game allows it and isn't glitched.

You must have the most geeked game in history, my game has never done that before.
