Also, when the game is compiling shaders it will use all CPU cores close to max. If you have an inadequate cooler the game can crash. What is your CPU cooler?
You can try to lower your CPU clocks to 4.7GHz until this process is done. If that helps, you can put clocks back afterwards.
Check to make sure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date. As intel released microcode updates to 13 and 14 gen CPU. Which helps mitigate crashing on some systems.

If a BIOS update is available make sure to default all settings first, and than apply the update. Once update has successfully installed, set the correct XMP profile if supported. Try the game again and see if it helps.
You can also try a clean boot to prevent conflicts with other software running. To do a clean boot disable all non essential services, programs and tasks from starting with PC. So use services (services app or system configuration app), tasks (task scheduler app, select task scheduler library), and startup items (task manager) to disable them.
Check all 3 areas. If anyone is enabled that software will run and could be causing conflicts with the game. Like some Razer software or GPU monitoring software can cause issues/crashing with performance in some games.
Just to double check. When running DDU, did you do so in safe mode with no internet? As well as keep internet disabled until after the display driver installed?
It would also be good to disable Windows Game mode, Game Bar, and captures. If you using any other game recording like OBS or NVIDIA APP (GeForce Experience), it would be good to disable them as well.
Check on HAGS (Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling). You can disable that as well.
If you use an anti-virus, windows security, or data protection. Make exceptions to your game folders. This way it disables the scans and doesnt conflict with your games. Which will also help free up system resources.
You can also do an SFC (system file checker) scan to check for errors with windows. Open command prompt as admin and type this:
sfc /scannow
It will scan and repair system files. Run it twice.
What version and build of windows are you on?
I have resizable bar / above 4g on, no issue with that, so feel free to put back on.
My PC is a bit older than yours and it runs fine maxed out at 1080p (motion blur off). A couple of big open areas I notice a stutter but it doesn't drop below 70fps (I run amd chill 75-140).
for clarity im running:
6800xt (under volted 100mv)
R7 5800X (default settings)
32gb ram (3600mhz)
Hey,
I'm using a Deep Cool AIO.
I tried to set my CPU at 4.7 and it doesn't work.
My bios is up to date.
Yep, i did the DDU in safe mod + no internet.
And i'm using windows 11.
Sadly, i've tried all u said but it still crashes )=
Thx for your help bro
Hey dude,
I tried all u said but it still crash.
Thank you for your time
Sorry to hear you still having issues. Since Deep Cool has a lot of coolers. Can you specify the model?
Where are you crashing? In the beginning or randomly while playing?
Open event viewer. Go to windows logs> application and see if a report has been generated at date and time of event. Than look for a general tab towards the bottom. It should list faulting module name and path. It should help give an idea what is causing the crashes. If a report was made that is.
What is your Power Supply Unit?
Have you recently upgraded any parts? Or swapped parts? Like adding more RAM, or another storage drive?
Have you tried with default BIOS?
Are you using Adrenalin software? Try default all settings, or run DDU and just install the display driver clean.
How was Win 11 installed? Via the upgrade process from Win 10? ISO? Or by using the media creation tool?
Thank you
I'm using the DeepCool LS720 WH and I just change the thermal paste.
The crashes are totally random, i crash in-game and even in the menu.
In the Opent Viewer I have the Kernel Event Tracing (ID28).
My Power Supply is the Asus ROG Strix 850 W 80+ Gold.
My windows is legit and i installed it with a USB key
I din't upgrade my pc, didn't swap anything.
I'll try the DDU again and a default bios.
Thx for your time
That kernel error could be a number of things from bad motherboard, memory or a driver conflict. Which is also found in the system logs.
Do you have any events for application logs when playing the game?
When installing Win 11. Was this on a new storage drive or old one? Did you fully delete the partition/s before installing?

See if you are on this chipset. Which was released in Jan of this year for your motherboard.
Intel Chipset Driver 10.1.19899.8597, 2025-01-13
Found in settings>apps&features, or by going to control panel and searching programs and features. See what version Windows installed.
