Give that a try and see if it helps. Just dont force FG or use MFG.
When you mention C, E, F, and just talking presets. It led me to believe you using DLSSTweaks/Swapper. Which is not done thru driver and by NVIDIA App when forcing DLSS 4.
As the videos I have seen when comparing 4 to 3. It looks much better, and doesnt seem to be over sharpened or blurry at all.
However, IMO the game really doesnt need DLSS. Especially when DLSS has quality issues still. Whenever someone uses it they complain about ghosting/flicker almost all the time, and than complain the game lacks performance when they dont use.
This game has well over 40 settings to adjust quality/performance. So you can get the game to look good with the FPS you are happy with. You really shouldnt need to rely on any DLSS/FSR setting.
If you do, than it may be time to start looking for better hardware to support the frames at the settings and resolution you are happy with. Instead of trying to use cheap AI software that still cant cut it.
