One missing artifact/note

I have problem with unlocking the last achievement with collecting all artifacts and notes, because it shows me i have one left to collect, but the game itself shows i have collected everything in every chapter, including the dlc. What can i do?

could use a guide and collect them all again via chapter select. do it in one save file and a singular difficulty. at some point it should trigger it. it worked for me.

basicly you may have to replay the whole game and trigger all of them. it's just ~15 hours.

yeah just 15 hours again for 1 missing artifact for no exact reason...

No, you can replay a certain area at any time after it's been beat.

well, I replayed last chapter in the dlc and it was the case, there was a team photo that I never picked up and the game showed otherwise.

In the Options, you can replay individual acts.
It also says which missions are missing achievements.

Also when you do complete it, it will make an AUTOSAVE that states COMPLETE; do not delete that save at any time. Otherwise the game will think you never played it and the option for NEW GAME + will disappear if you have not yet started a new game under that new mode,
