I've collected all the collectibles/artifacts in both left behind and the main story but it says i'm missing 2 files

I've checked everything in ellie and joel's backpacks, restarted my computer, and done a file verification. I'm so lost and kind of disappointed because this would've been the first game i 100%.

Please help

you can drill down each episode (in the options I think)
- and it will tell you what is done/available in each 'scene'
