DLSS FG please!

This game is the perfect candidate for FG and its a pity it only has FSR FG.

With new NVIDIA driver you can force DLSS 4 and possibly FG. Havent tried it though. Or may need to mod, but there are video that explain how to do this.

Besides, if you need FG in order to smooth out your frame rate for a console port. Its time to upgrade your PC.

I get using DLSS or FSR but to need FG in this game is pointless. As FG just makes games look terrible and this game runs fine already without upscaling.

You mistake a want for a need, besides I have a pretty modern pc so I think upgrading isn't an option xD (9800x3D, 5080, 32GB RAM). I would argue that this is the perfect candidate for FG due to frames being in the 120+ range so I can use FG to push it to the 240 range (basically filling out my monitor's refresh).
As for driver level FG, I think that's forcing the 3x and 4x mode on games that already have DLSS FG.

Surprised you didnt ask for even more fake frames with MFG instead since you have a 50 series (supposedly).

As animal said, dlls frame gen will not come to this game. Fsr 3.1 also looks very bad. Iron Galaxy is a disgraceful company. If we are lucky, it will come for part 2. Our hope is nixxes

Lmao, Yea I was JK that you dont have a 5080, but you do realize you dont need DLSS because your GPU is powerful enough to run this game native right?

I dont care about a feature because I dont need to use upscaling or FG because I run games just fine natively with very smooth performance. With no artifacts or ghosting.

If you want to support this method. Where devs poorly make games and just slap fake frames on it to make it seem like the game is running good. Well, thats def your preference.

Upscaling was meant for those who had weaker cards to push a better framerate. Not make it the new standard to excuse lazy optimization. Doesnt matter how high frame rate is. Fake frames are still fake frames.

IMO upscaling/FG is bad and you're wasting your 5080 to achieve higher frame rates instead of pushing for visual fidelity. Because the 5080 can handle it with ease.

So whats the point of more fake frames? You may as well play at 1440p with low/med settings. Than have even more FPS.

Nixxes FTW! Their games have DLSS FG, and Part 2 will not be AMD sponsored. Hooray! Itll actually play, look, and run better now that AMD cant put their hands on it.

I also hope I dont eat my words and AMD does end up sponsoring the game. Release their new 9070 series GPU with it. Just like they bundled their GPU's for part 1. Fingers crossed.
