Game not starting
I'll click to start the game and it while say in steam that the game is running with nothing popping up for about 3 seconds before it stops running, nothing popping up saying why I didn't start, the game never popping up on my. Is there any way of fixing this? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my computer.

How is telling you the "specs" going to help? I am having the exact same problem and I have had my computer for around 4-5 years and have not changed anything on it since I got it and I have already played this game and got around half way through before stopping. Now I wanted to continue my playthrough but the game won't start for the same reasons as OP. Telling you my "specs" won't answer my question... Why is it not starting now when it did approximately one year ago?

actually, it does help. you'd be surprised howmany people ive seen ask the same question, just to find out later that that PC was well below minimum specs required.

And yet when the OP did put up his specs, no one answered his question and his specs are better than mine and I have run this game about a year ago.

I had this problem yesterday. Nothing fixed it until I reinstalled Windows in the System recovery settings.

If reinstalling windows. It is always better to backup any data need storing. Than manually do a clan install. This way you can delete the partition to completely wipe drive. Add a new one and thus ensuring a clean install.

Windows also uses outdated drivers so its best to this part yourself. Just make sure there is no internet until its done. This way there are no conflicts with Windows adding a different driver same time you are installing one.

I finally got my game to work thanks to animal_PLANET from another post with the same issue. I just verified my game files and it works normally now. Thank you animal_PLANET :)
OP, try that and see if it works for you.
