AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation with NVIDIA DLSS upscaling
I thought one of the main points of AMD FSR 3.1 is that upscaling and frame generation components are now decoupled, meaning you can also use AMD's FSR 3.1 Frame Generation with upscaling solutions from the other two major GPU vendors such as NVIDIA DLSS or Intel XeSS.

For some reason you are locked to using either FSR 3.1 upscaling or Native AA in order to enable frame generation for The Last of Us Part 1, when Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart for example allows you to use NVIDIA DLSS or Intel XeSS along with AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation.
