outdated drivers?

Try doing a clean install of your AMD drivers, probably didn't delete a previous version last time you updated.

i always use revo uninstaller to remove ALL left over files and registry entries followed by DDU just to be safe as well as turning off windows updates to prevent it from installing really old driver
