What temperatures got your cpu? ( i use Ryzen 7 5800X3D)
im around 80-90 degree is that to much?

i mean the cpu can handle that without any problems but feels a bit high i also use a AIO Watercooler from Corsair.

x3ds get a little hot. Look at the solution on YouTube and write the name of the undervolt and processor. Undervolt is not dangerous. It will run at -15 degrees cooler.Have a nıce day.

Mine usually peaks around 80c in high demanding games like this one. That's pretty normal and is still within the safe max temp limits. Yours however reaching 90c is not normal. You should look into your case airflow and AIO fan curve settings. The x3d chips are designed to run super fast and they do generate some heat.

I would do what the guy above suggested and undervolt a little bit. I won't type out how to do it because I don't know your exact hardware configuration and bios but watch this video and use it as a general guide.

idk what i did wrong i did that already with a PBO2 tuner -30 on all cores then im from 90 degrees to like 82 but still have moments ingame where it goes up to 88-89 degree and most of the time 82-85

i can put the degrees down with the PB02 i checked that now maybe down to max 75-80 i think that should be okey

how many degrees you have? like in idle and ingame? you also use aio?

yea thank you i forgot something in there my mistake i also put the max temp down playing now with 76 instead of 85-90 :)

If I were you I'd still check thermal paste and CPU block's mounting screws/mechanism just to be sure.

yea i also thought the same i switched the mainboard some days ago and put new thermalpaste on it normally it must be good

Ah, then there shouldn't be any problems.
....with the temperatures.....
Seems on most games my temps run from high 60's to low 80's, though that last is rare. I actually am vaguely bothered by it, but still think it's OK. I have an Intel i9-14900hx.

Yes, in game I usually get around 60-65 c. 100% load around 80.

7800x3d with 360 mm aio. Pbo is minus 30 as well and cpu is generally around 5050 mhz

try turning the fps down it seems to work
All my ryzens get hot during load, but they can stay at 30c in bios. I believe it's normal, I'm using a noctua tower cooler and I set limit to 90c in bios so that the cpu never overheats.
Also I changed my thermal paste from arctic mx6 to noctua nt-h1 and get better cooling results. mx6 got so dry and lumpy I hated it.

That temperature does seem rather high. While consistent readings in the 70s aren't immediately dangerous, it's worth noting that it's still quite warm for sustained use. Ideally, you’d aim for a range closer to 55-65 degrees under load.

It might be helpful to check the settings on your AIO cooler. Ensure the fans are running at their optimal performance—preferably at higher settings to provide the necessary cooling. If you haven’t already, consider reapplying thermal paste, as this can make a significant difference. It’s also worth taking a moment to open your task manager to see if there are any other applications quietly consuming system resources in the background.

Also at the same time give the inside a wipe and clean the fans, every bit can make a difference.
