I would do what the guy above suggested and undervolt a little bit. I won't type out how to do it because I don't know your exact hardware configuration and bios but watch this video and use it as a general guide.

i can put the degrees down with the PB02 i checked that now maybe down to max 75-80 i think that should be okey
how many degrees you have? like in idle and ingame? you also use aio?
yea thank you i forgot something in there my mistake i also put the max temp down playing now with 76 instead of 85-90 :)
yea i also thought the same i switched the mainboard some days ago and put new thermalpaste on it normally it must be good
7800x3d with 360 mm aio. Pbo is minus 30 as well and cpu is generally around 5050 mhz
Also I changed my thermal paste from arctic mx6 to noctua nt-h1 and get better cooling results. mx6 got so dry and lumpy I hated it.
It might be helpful to check the settings on your AIO cooler. Ensure the fans are running at their optimal performance—preferably at higher settings to provide the necessary cooling. If you haven’t already, consider reapplying thermal paste, as this can make a significant difference. It’s also worth taking a moment to open your task manager to see if there are any other applications quietly consuming system resources in the background.
Also at the same time give the inside a wipe and clean the fans, every bit can make a difference.
