Looking at the discussions I would say there seems to quite a few bugs still prevalent and from the stream I watched last night I would say supports this as well. I do not have the game on steam so this is based off of what I have seen on streams and the current discussions.

On my system, too. All versions after update 1.0.3. causes that the game won't load a savegame or even a new game. I could be glad that i could finish it with 1.0.3. for one time.

two playtroughs under my belt. yes, there are some minor bugs/glitches but the performance is fine now.

Sorry to hear that. I've ran it since launch with a decent PC and ussing two different GPUs since I upgraded. It was a disaster at launch but after the first update, it ran fine. I find it strange people with high end rigs cant run it. It's improved each update for me. I've over 100 hours and many play throughs. The bugs are minimal now. Just the damn mouse stutter won't go away. This is one of those game where your specific parts all have different outcomes. When I had ran a GTX 1080 and 16g ram at medium settings, it ran better than my RTX 3070 and 32g ram at the same settings but with ray tracing. Makes zero sense to me but it's just the way she goes. I hope you can get it running smooth, it's gorgeous on PC. I love this F-ing game so much and I played it the first time on PC.
