The Last of Us™ Part I

Would it be better to play this game on PC or PS5 (Not Pro) ?
I have Intel 12th Gen I7 -12700K with an RTX 3090 Ti running Windows 11. It also has 64 GB of RAM, and is connected to a Sony 4K 120Hz Television.

Does the haptic feedback of PS5 dual-sense add anything to the game?

This is also supported in PC version. With your specs I'd def say PC would be the better choice for sure.

Just note that the controller has to be wired in order to support these features on PC.

Also to note. If issues arise with the game on your system. It maybe due to the OS file structure. It would be wise to make sure Win 11 is installed clean, and with all up to date drivers and chipset before you play the game. As Win 11 still seems to have issues especially with 24H2. People on Win 11 said that reinstalling the OS fixed their issues.

If you dont want to take that chance and wouldnt want to be bothered doing that stuff, and already own a PS5. Than get it there. As the visual differences are minor PC vs. console. But PC version is much clearer and sharper. IMO its much cleaner and will run at a higher FPS than PS5 with fidelity mode locked at 30. The console version when compared back to back looks like its blurred out a bit. Which I do not like personally as it makes image softer.

Definitely PC. You can easily get 60-80 FPS 4K native with such hardware anywhere in the game, some high-mostly ultra settngs. I have an RX 7900 XT, which has the same rasterization-performance +/- 1-2 % and also play at 4K. Runs just great. With the use of upscalers you should get 90-100 FPS easy with still good visual quality without stuff like frame generation (also your CPU is easily enough) if you like.
