TLoU 2 Remastered releases January 19, 2024. PC release to follow?

After the release of TLoU 1 Remastered for PS5. It came to PC about 7 months later. Hopefully it comes out for PC after that time as well. Or I would assume a fall/winter release the latest.

Unfortunately the trailer does not state that it is in development for PC like the first one did. Hopefully it is as it wouldnt make sense to have the first on PC but not the second. Unless SONY is planning it to be released at a much later time after 2024?

Supposedly an announcement will be made in April on TLOU2 Remastered releasing for PC. The person who leaked the GoT PC announcement is the one that is saying this is happening. But the wait will be a bit longer after the announcement than the first.

Yeah men, in understand that they want to sell ps5 consoles, but ca we have this game porterd to pc ath the end of 2024? I play first on my console, but then i want to olay on ultrawide 4k with fps unlocked, with K&m , and this is only happening on PC. SONY DO THE RIGHT THING

It will more than likely come out around the time-frame of HBO's TV show season 2 release.
That's how the 1st game released for PC. PS5 gets it start of 2024 we get it near end I bet.

Even if it's released on PC, expect very long shader compilation, long loading time, and stuttering issue.

Dont bring your PC issues here. I played this game with an outdated display driver before the game released which had no game ready support. Still ran 100% fine for me. So speak for yourself.

Especially when you gimp on your hardware putting a 4090 in your system with old 9th Gen Intel CPU. You have threads with reports on performance issues for multiple games and that is def the cause of your problems.

Me too. The first one really wasnt that much different looking than PS5 and even lacked features that were put back in and fixed later with patches. After what Iron Galaxy did and the mess ND had to clean up after them and taking the PC port back over. It turned out to be way better.

Even simple things like the mouse issue when moving that was also in Uncharted due to Iron Galaxy's terrible PC port. Once ND figured out how to fix it for TLoU, they went back and patched Uncharted.

So hopefully ND keeps PC version in house this time.

they need to know how to make a proper port to pc before releasing and porting part 2. because part one is still a hell of mess and they still didn't fix a thing. if you run it okay at your rig guys i'm happy for you, but don't forget that there are guys with a very good pc specs can't run this game as it should be.

Dont forget, there are people that think they have very good PC's, but dont, and shouldnt be trying to run certain games on them.

If it turns out they do actually have a good PC than its most likely a local issue. Whether hardware or software related and not the game itself.
