like i stated in some other comments or thread, they need to put game launcher before opening the game, so that players can set its graphics settings nd resolution display settings watever preference first so that game will start with lower settings once in game, they can turn back ultra settings on ..
im done update it but not fixed the problem bro why? (software problem)
There is an issue with that CPU for some. You maybe running too hot and dont have an efficient cooler. Or stability issue.
What has confirmed to work for others is to keep the CPU from boosting beyond 5GHz. Dont go higher. Once game has finished compiling shaders you can put back.
If that still doesnt work these suggestions wont take long to try.
Try a clean boot and run DDU to clean out display driver. Before running DDU, make sure to download latest display driver first. This way it is ready to install after cleaning out the display driver.
Running DDU will remove previous driver/s completely and ensure a clean install. Like its being done for the first time on a newly installed OS. Just note that all control panel/monitor settings will be reset.
Here is link to DDU. Make sure to read/follow guide if unfamiliar. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4966
A clean boot will remove any potential conflicts with other software running in background. Disable all non essential services, programs and tasks from starting with PC. So use services (services app or system configuration app), tasks (task scheduler app, select task scheduler library), and startup items (task manager) to disable them.
Check all 3 areas. If anyone is enabled that software will run and could be causing conflicts with games. This will also help free up system resources in general.
Have you tried looking in the event viewer app for a crash log if the game is crashing when trying to load? Open it and select Windows Logs, and check both application and system. See if a report was generated at time of restart. If a log was created it should tell you under the general tab what was the cause. Also look for faulting module name and faulting module path.
I had the same issue for a long time (1 year) tried everything. i7 13700K and RTX 4090.
For me, the issue lied in the BIOS, I was running my pc in legacy mode with CSM enabled.
PC wouldn't let me boot in UEFI mode and CSM disabled.
What fixed it for me was a clean reset of windows (I upgraded to windows 11).
First thing I tried after that was Last of Us and it finally managed to work !
