2 of 3 optional conversations in pittsburgh financial district chapter

I'm currently trying to get 100% and I'm down to the last two achievements, however i think I've come across some kind of glitch and i just can't find a way around it so i was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or knows of a solution
it's in the Pittsburgh, financial district chapter where i have gotten everything except one optional conversation. I've gone back and forth and replayed the chapter many times but it just doesn't seem to be recognizing one of the conversations. it's saying that i have 2 of 3 (despite there seeming to be 4 in total for this section, which is also confusing me?)
am i missing something or is this a known issue?

The ones i had to interact in order to get a conversation with Ellie on the Financial District chapter where: The hanging man in the tree at the start of the mission at the large square where Ellie has to assist you with snipe rifle; the other one is at the ''military school for kids'' and then at that area the next conversation is at the huge movie billboard near to a
garbage container; and i assume the last one is at the part where the enemy had a mass shooting to some civilians very near to a tank which was
not functional a long time ago. I don't remember more from this district..... maybe these are all of them.

the 4 different optional conversations seem to be 1. the hanging man in the area were Eliie helps you with the rifle 2. the "death is freedom" (or something like that) graffiti on the wall where ellie talks about people having families 3. the military school then 4. the movie poster

i ended up trying the chapter one more time out on a whim and it seemed to be the 3rd conversation that was having issues as for some reason this time it just... worked? and i got the achievement. i'm glad i got it working but still upset that i don't really have an answer. i hope it was just a one off and no one else has to suffer through the replays that i did lols
