Seems likely around the start of season 2 of the show (probably early 2025) so Sony can drive more console sales for those that want to play it beforehand. Rumors state that the port is built already, which makes sense since they likely would have done it at the same time as the PS5 remaster. One thing we know is that a PSN account will be required.

TLOU Part 2 PC port has already been done. It was confirmed by Naughty Dog's studio director. It will probably release after E3, this summer. It will probably be like ♥♥♥♥ and dynamic lights and texture depth won't be included in the pc port, just like TLOU part 1 on pc, but hey, they might have learned from past mistakes idk.

We’re all just speculating, but the smart money is betting on when Season 2 releases or thereabouts. We already know Ragnarok is coming later this year, so Part 2 would obviously be after that. I don’t see it releasing this year, but Q1 of 2025 seems about right. A full 12 months after it dropped on PS5 (Jan 19/2024) is a good guess, promotional trailer for season 2 of the show should be released by then and the show and the PC port can both hype each other up and lead to more sales and Max subscriptions. I can see Sony announcing the date this fall at a PlayStation showcase, which they desperately need to do anyway. Other than Astrobot, their first party output has been embarrassing since Spider-Man 2 released last year. Concord is going to do about as well as SSKTJL did.

Most likely next year. Nothing definitive for month though most likely around spring.
HBO is making the 2nd series in january, I believe. So the game should be released soon after

That ship has sailed, all new Sony ports will have mandatory PSN integration like Ragnarok. They want that user data to see how many people are PS5 owners who are double dipping. Probably so they can decide if they’ll have the numbers to launch their own storefront on PC (which is the logical endgame for them).
