Man, this game is still very bad. You need to get a level above 90+ to play it fluently. If they want, they can fix it a little more. Try Frame Gen and FSR AA.
In my opinion the game itself is in a very good state, but we don't how much pc builds are in a bad condition. The problem is not always a game.

What resolution are you playing at? Try and cap game to 60 FPS and turn V-Sync on.
Sorry, but 60 fps cap for High-end isn't what they want. As mentioned before Turn on FSR 3 Native AA + Frame Generation and the game should run fine as well as the visuals look better than DLSS.

Uh, they have a 4070. No need to use crap FSR or even DLSS.

This is just a step in the troubleshooting process to see if that alleviates the issue.

Cap the framerate to 60 fps. The game was not made for higher framerates and this happens when it's streaming in textures. Could also be VRAM related. Play on the high preset instead of Ultra. Ultra allocates 17GBs of VRAM at 1440p from what I've tested on my 7900XTX

Not, really ? And why do i play it with more than 80 fps with High/Ultra settings on 1080p (Ryzen 5600/RTX 4060/ 32 GB RAM). I must do something wrong then.

Well, you are at 1080p. They are at 1440p. You also cant achieve that FPS without having to use an upscaler with your specs. Yes, the game was built for unlocked frame rate for PC. So you will be able to achieve higher than 60 no problem with certain setups/configs.

Regardless, you not understanding what we are saying in order to troubleshoot the hitching. Since it seems OP is having frame time issues. Not FPS issues.

Dude, not sure what your gripe is here. We are giving simple suggestions to OP to try and figure out what the cause is.

If you think 1080p or 1440p has no difference in performance. Than you know literally nothing about computers.

Its not about a last comment. Its about giving the OP "correct" information. Which you are not helping with at all. We already know this game supports high frame rate.

OP already has FPS higher than 60, but still stutters even with no FPS loss. That means they have a frame time issue. What are you failing to understand here?

I'm not your Dude by the way. Believe me, you don't know what i just think. As your are the smartest guy here on Steam, you should tell us, if the game was really made only for 60 fps or not ?

You need to let go of this very aggressive behavior towards me. Again, whats your gripe here?

This game was ported to PC and this version specifically supports unlocked frame rates.

However, the OP stated they already getting well over 60FPS and that there is no FPS loss when stutter happens. Meaning its a frame time issue most likely.
