Do notes and other collectibles carry through in NG+?

Hi, i collected some items in NG and some in NG+ i was wondering if the ones i collected in my first NG+ will move to my second NG+.

partially. afaik... you don't have to collect them if you already found them. if you go for a full achievement run it doesn't matter what mode you play in. the progress is saved in your profile not a specific game safe.
