Disable the setting called motion blur.

That's already turned off.

switch to taa instead of dlaa that's causing the ghosting issues

for me turning off DLAA worked

Motion Blur was already off. I turned off DLAA and that fixed it. Thank you for all the help. I really appreciate it. 😀
