My PC meets the recommended requirements perfectly, will it work?
I see a lot of performance complaints with input lag and frame rate. As I mentioned, my PC down-the-line exactly meets recommended requirements, but is that good enough for this port?

Depends how many fps/quality your lookin to play with, used to play it in a i7 8450H Gtx 1060 laptop, it wasnt that bad managed to finish the game at 40-60fps lowest quality with some slutter, but they did add FSR recently which improved performance a ton

So outside of the recommended I would recommend 32gb of ram, less then that will cause some stutter and fps issues at times from what i've seen. Otherwise the port is mostly in a good state now from what i've played.

Plenty of comparisons showing 16GB vs 32GB for this game. With no real difference in performance at all.

Not only is the frame pacing way better, and the average fps, but the large stutters that sometimes happen are gone as shown here. 16gb is playable but not ideal.

When showing videos. At least do some research first. This way you post the right info and dont mislead people. :steamfacepalm:

Cool, thanks for the information y'all. :) I will probably wait for the next sale, but I'm excited to give it a whirl.

Yup. I got a 32GB of ram and it only use 55% in game no more than that

The game itself uses ~10GB. A tad bit higher at 4K, but as per the rest is what the OS and other software is using.

So exact usage is difficult to measure. But the game allocates more then 16 if it is available (at 1440p ultra it allocates 19 to 24gb if available for me). I have found not continuously but randomly (my guess it is is making something like a page file on your drive and is then pulling from it resulting in stutter). I just tested this once with 2x8gb sticks and 2x16gb sticks but with the same speed and timings (3200Mhz cl16) and guess what the 16gb combo had stutter that disappeared upon putting in two 16gb sticks.

At 1440p ultra I see 19gb to 24gb of usage, it may drop lower or higher but that is what I've seen. Are you mistaking ram usage for gpu vram? As that does hovers around 10GB usage.

I played at 1440p Ultra as well. Was always ~10GB usage for me. 16GB? Maybe your system as a whole, but not the game on its own.

If you were getting stutter. Its local to your system. I had no stutter at all throughout my playthroughs.

Here is a random SS I took when I was playing that shows usage.

Its funny how you didnt say this before and just used someone else's video. When I showed that you were wrong. Now you have to make it seem like you are still right by saying you tested it yourself. Oh boy.

Again, if you were getting stutter with 16GB. Its local to your system. As the video I linked above shows 16GB running real smooth. I can post others as well, but I wont waste my time on it. As I already proved that 16GB runs just fine.

You are def confusing RAM usage as a whole and not for the game itself. I have never seen this game use more than ~10GB for me. As shown in my SS.

I would say you should do some more research on this and see others even at 4K, dont even use that much RAM.

You should try a clean boot and clean out your display driver using DDU. Unless your trying to run 1440p on a PC that cant run at that res/quality. My FPS/FT graph smooth as can be. Also shown in the SS.

Edit. Watched some videos with your GPU at 1440p Ultra. It does struggle in areas with below 60 and not stable. So performance will not be smooth for you. Unless you use DLSS. That should help.

I also noticed that Gigabyte recommends 750W PSU for that model. Yet you only have 600W PSU. So if you running that card on anything higher than the reference mode. You may have issues with power. So I'd make sure everything there checks out OK and your not hampering the system.
