"OUT OF MEMORY" ERROR--HELP?

I'm getting "OUT OF MEMORY" ERROR, when i install nvidia drivers 555.85 and driver 555.99. when the game is trying to install shaders for game in game main menu.
but i roll back to nvidia driver 552.44 and game loads shaders and the game is ok.
i have 32gb system memory installed and my nvidia card is 3090 with 24gb video memory.
***ERROR message***
You don't have enough system and video (RAM and VRAM) to continue playing the game at your current settings. Please reset the game and select yes when prompted to run in safe
mode to reset to default settings.

***** UPDATE ON "OUT OF MEMORY" ERROR"*****
I installed nvidia new driver 556.12 and it fixed the "OUT OF MEMORY" ERROR"

552.44 is the last working driver for this game at the moment. just stick with it for now if you want to play this game.

Im having the same issue. Just got my first ever GPU and updated to latest driver. So can I downgrade the driver to 552.44?

Yes you can download and install 552.44

Tried this, but sadly it does not work, the only way to play this game is rolling back the Geforce drivers.

Well... rolling back the drivers is not the only way to play this game with an Nvidia GPU - as of Jun, 4th, drivers 555.99.
The VRAM error message pops-up, yes but, you can simply ignore it. Don't click OK; just drag it down off screen, away from view. It surely is not a fix whatsoever but, the game still plays without an hiccup. Odd, I know...

The game will run for me but only until first loading screen where it stops and not progressing. Guessing the reason is there are missing compiled shaders for next level. My shaders compiles only up to 10% before error in current and previous drivers.

Rollback drivers then. Is not like you're loosing much for rolling back a couple drivers back anyways...

Yeah It Seems like downgrade is the only solution
i already report this through geforce expierence
report so nvidia can fix
