More updates or not?

I've already lost hope that this game will be a new update to fix bugs and optimize after patch 1.1.3.1, however here's some news, there was an update 9 days ago in the STEAM DB documentation, so maybe we can have a new patch on the way?

I'll be surprised if it's a big patch, however I keep in mind that the game can remain in this state until the end....

They will probably update fsr to 3.1 and allow us to use fg with dlss too like in ghost of tsushima,however optimization patches are done,naughty dog said so in my support ticket

Not sure if its FSR 3.1. As they didnt list hw_vendors_amd like they did for the other FSR updates. It just seems to be general developer activity. So maybe a patch outside of FSR is coming? I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Do you guys think it likely that Sony would patch their older PC games to force the new PS overlay and account integration? It seems to be the new trend with their latest releases. I hope they don't so as not to further bloat the software.

No, but future releases this is being done. Like GoW Ragnarok, and Until Dawn. You must link your PSN account with Steam.

FSR 3.1 will only be released in September

Ghost of tsuchima is using fsr 3.0 and not fsr 3.1 (this has already been mentioned in the official documentation) there should be a patch for fsr 3.1 in the future too
